The former lands are currently held by another nation. That's ok, and somewhat fits with the idea of how I want to "live" my the renewed Lygonia. Basically, the royal family claims to be the heirs to several defunct, abolished, or extinct/semi-extinct crowns. Obviously, they can claim that all they want, but that doesn't mean that a modern republic is going to hand over even ceremonial authority to a "foreign" monarch. More on all that when & if I ever get around to it.
With that in mind, here's a stab at my land claim, mentioning only what would be internationally recognized as the integral territory of the Kingdom of Lygonia.
Slovenia, the Istria peninsula (part of Croatia), Hungary, Austria, Slovakia, Czech Republic. I would not be upset if also granted southern Poland, up to but not including the city of Lodz.
The capital is at Vienna, but is called Lowinstadt.

Lygonia has decided that it is time to incorporate the German, Italian, & Romansch speaking areas of Switzerland: By royal decree, this area is now considered integral territory of the Mittelmeerkonigreich of Lygonia. We highly encourage Freedomstaki to follow suit and annex the Francophone area that would otherwise remain as voidland between our great nations.

Will add those lands to your map area taking into consideration what a member stated on Ixzara (Limington in specific: taking more land means you might also have to let some go if the need arises).

According to my original claim, it already appears that I have more than I asked for when it comes to real world Croatia & Bosnia. I would be content for this to revert to my southern neighbor, similar to how it appears on the alternate map posted on thenewmedforum.proboards81.com/index.cgi?board=geography&action=display&thread=58&page=1And considering how much free space is available on the map, there shouldn't be any reason for any nation to forced to give up an square inch until at least 3/4ths of the landmass shown is full. Also note that I'm adding a claim in the interior, not part of the Mediterranean coastline... this is also an attempt to reinvent the historical alliance that has always existed between Lygonia & Freedomstaki. Whereas Limington likes to throw the proverbial log on the fire of the bellicose nature of diplomatic relations.

Also a slight clarification:
Lygonia would be willing to cede the Italian-speaking cantons to the Queendom of Pons Aelius, should Her Majesty's government make such a request.

No need to change anything yet, only in case there is a need. (I too agree that there shouldn't be any conflict of interest since there is no roleplay of actual countries but rather fictional)

Note: Freedomstaki made his claim for the French-speaking Swiss cantons on the RP thread.

There is no reason for me to have to give up any land. I'm the smallest nation out of many of the others. Roma and some of the Confed members need to give up long before I do.

My comment does not have something to do with your Nation. Rather your comment on Ixzara's request as follows: You can claim it but if another nation enters and wants any of your territory you have to give it up, that is the price of over expanding.
