The People's Republic of Toumba welcomes the CCCS as their new neighbors, ratifies the offered non aggression treaty by unanimous parliamentary vote and proposes a mutual state act allowing freedom of movement and transportation between our two Nations, virtually abolishing mandatory border controls. As a first step, we have not only waived visa requirements for the people of the CCCS but also ordered border officials to require national ID cards or driver licenses and not passports to allow entrance to CCCS nationals. Oh, we have also sent a selection of our finest wines for the inauguration of the brand new CCCS Embassy in Constantinople! Long story short, welcome!

Comte Reynard de Guillon, Emissary of the Commonwealth to The People's Republic of Toumba sends warmest regards to this diplomatic offices of the People's Republic of Toumba, as well as thanks for the selection of fine wine; a large selection of which is to be furnished for the state dinner to celebrate regional culture and in honor of the newly signed non aggression pact. The emissary also wishes The People's Republica of Toumba to know that the proposed mutual state act has been referred to the Commonwealth's Holy Council for immediate consideration and, following The People's Republic of Toumba's friendly gesture, The Commonwealth of Crusader City States likewise waives visa requirements. The Commonwealth, greatly appreciative of The People's Republic of Toumba's friendship and support for the Commonwealth's land claims, would be pleased that The People's Republic of Toumba accept as a gift of the Commonwealth, the opulent 17th century Chateaux de Chatillion for use as their embassy; and wishes the ambassador of The Republic of Toumba to know that 50 student scholarships will be made available to students of The People's Republic of Touma at top Commonwealth universities as part of a cultural exchange. Further, the Lord Mayor of the City of Tripoli has ordered that Toumba history and culture will be taught in all Tripoli public schools as part of a cultural appreciation movement to solidify friendship between the two nations.
