Apparently so, of course we do a word of mouth agreement, I mean I remember when we moved to "The Mediterranean" region we scrapped the charter. We could just set up some basic rules.

A map showing the rail links would be a good start, it'd be a good idea to be able to see where they all are. I did have a copy of the rail map at one time but can't find it. I think a few general basic rules would be the best, and I'm sure you'd be able to do that Limington, I seem to remember you doing similar when we had the old forum, and I'm sure we'd all agree with them and support you.

I'm not real sure I made rules as far as the TMR, I did work on the MMA alliance.
As far as rules go, Member nations would be required to maintain the openness of all TMR rails. The stopping of trains operated by the TMR is not allowed. Nations are requested to supply support in form of workers or cash if they desire to receive a percentage of the revenues. Also TMR lines and trains will not allow soldiers or weapons to be transported on either. Member nations who do enter into wars will be removed from TMR rail service. The TMR is a neutral faction and will not trade/choose sides in any kind of conflict.

Pons Aelius would wish to be able to transport army, navy and air force personnel on TMR lines when our troops are engaged in defence and peace-keeping duties, either for Pons Aelius or for any other peace loving nation who may be invaded by a warring nation. We would hope that the TMR rules would agree to this sensible request.

The TMR is an organization of trade not war and no nation may transport military personnel or weapons on these lines. You can do whatever you wish within your own borders but outside of your borders the rails are to be without your men and equipment. Travel by road or sea, not by our rails.

The Commonwealth of Faestos already has a vast Monorail system that could be rendered compatible with TMR with only few adjustments. As a token of good will and in prediction that it will boost our trade income, we'd like to propose a 5% annual revenue of our TMR related profits to be added to the TMR treasury, on top of our other contribution to the well being of the organization if neighboring countries would honor us granting membership.

Hello everyone,
As you might know, I am leading the formation of a Confederacy in the region. I would like to throw an idea out there...
What if the Mediterranean Confederacy (MC) absorbs the TMR and administers it? We would provide resources for it and expand it into our member-states. If you guys would like to run it still, I'm sure we can create a post in our government for it. Someone from here could become, say, a Minister for Transportation.
Just and idea!

The Rails in the Ixzaran Republic are shown to be be very compatible with the TMR especially considering that the Ixzaran railroads are already in mass numbers all that is necessary is to gain approval from neighbor nations such as lygonia and Asher-Asinii to connect our seperate raillines to form just a single one.
